Stretching with a View Of The Evening Paris
In this video, I will begin by doing exercises with the help of the window. I will open the window and use the window sill to help me with my exercises. First, I will begin by doing a "garland" pose. From there, I will stand up and lean forward as if doing a "forward bend" pose. I will not bend completely forward, but use the window sill to aid me in the exercise. During this exercise, I will stretch my feet as well. I will alternate back and forth with the "garland" pose. The next exercise, I will do a "half upright seated angle" pose. Then, I will transition right into an "upright seated angle" pose.
