Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1-2 tsp honey
1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together cumin seeds, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
