BUSTED FAKE EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES RACKET APPREHENDED SEVEN PERSONS

BUSTED FAKE EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES RACKET APPREHENDED SEVEN PERSONS – SEIZED: FAKE EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES,11 CELL PHONES, 4 LAPTOPS ETC AND CASH RS.20,000/-. The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team along with Chaderghat Police team apprehended seven persons who are providing fake educational certificates to the needy aspirants and collecting huge amounts from them in the name of study in abroad. Sized fake SSC, Intermediate and Degree certificates of different Universities and Boards, 11 Cell Phones, 4 Laptops and Cash of Rs. 20,000/- at the instance of the them. PARTICULARS OF ACCUSED PERSONS: 1. Mohd Habeeb, age: 32 yrs, Occ: Fly Abroad Consultancy ( Malakpet ),R/o Bazarghat, Hyderabad.(Arrange the fake educational certificates) 2. Abdul Rauf , age: 36 yrs, Occ : Eduwise Overseas Consultancy (Abids), R/o Chilkalguda, Secunderabad. 3. Mohd Irfan, age: 28 yrs, Occ: Fly Abroad Agent, R/o Santoshnagar, Hyderabad. 4. Shanawaz Khan, age: 29 yrs ,Occ: Agent, R/o Edibazar, Hyderabad. 5. Mohd Zubair age: 34 yrs, Occ: Working at Fly Abroad Consultancy, R/o Ac Guard, Nampallay, Hyderabad. 6. Salman Khan, age: 29 yrs, Occ: Receptionist in Fly Abroad Consultancy, R/o Mallapally, Hyderabad. 7. Mohd Abdul Sattar age: 33 yrs Fly Abroad Consultancy worker, R/o Kaladera, Malakpet , Hyderabad. 8. Sunil Kapoor R/o Delhi ( Absconding ) (Main Accused who created Fake Educational Certificates) SEIZED MATERIAL :- 1. Fake educational certificates of various Boards and Universities. a. Telangana University. b. Andhra University. c. RayalaseemaUniversity , A.P. d. Rajasthan Nursing Counsel. e. Symbiosis International Deemed University, Pune, MH. f. Chatrapahti Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. g. National Institute of Open School, Maharashtra. h. Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune. i. Bangalore University. j. Anwer Ul Uloom College, Mallepally, Hyderabad and Telangana Board of Intermediate. k. Osmania University, Hyderabad. l. Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. m. Net Cash of Rs. 20,000/- Modus Operand:- The prime accused Mohd Habeeb, is a resident of Bazarghat, Nampally. After his B. Tech at Royal College of Engineering, Chevella, he joined in Reliance Academy Consultancy, Tolichowki as an Administrator. At that time, he met one Sunil Kapoor, N/o New Delhi who came to Hyderabad for Educational marketing. They became close friends and expressed their views to each other. Later they both hatched a plan to provide fake educational certificates to the needy aspirants who want to go abroad for further studies, illegally to earn easy money. In the year, 2015 Md. Habeeb started consultancy in the name of Fly Abroad Consultancy at Malakpet. Since then, he has been providing fake educational certificates to the aspirants by collecting huge amounts with the help of Sunil Kapoor. Period in-between he was arrested by the Bahadurpura PS and Saroornagar PS in the same cases. After releasing jail he did not change his attitude and joined with Abdul Rawoof, ( Owner of Eduwise Overseas Consultancy at Abids ), Md. Irfan ( Agent ) and Shanawaz Khan ( Agent ) and again started providing fake educational certificates to the aspirants. Md. Zubair, counselor and own brother of Md. Habeeb (arrested by Saroornagar PS), Salman Khan and Md. Abdul Sattar are the office workers of the Md. Habeeb and they are playing their role as prescribed. For this all the accused securing the customers in the name of foreign study at USA, UK and by providing fake educational certificates by collecting huge amounts. After completion of the process, they sharing the amount each other. APPEAL TO THE CITIZENS: Please do not believe Fake Educational Consultancies, Mediators/Agents of other state universities who making false promises of providing Education Certificates through back door and back dated from Universities, Colleges without any exams. If anyone involved in illegal activities they may have to face legal consequences. The above arrests were made by Sri. S.
