APPREHENDED ONE ACCUSED GANJA PEDDLER -SEIZED 24 KGs OF GANJA, Hyundai XCENT CAR AND 01 CELL PHONE ALL W.Rs. 1500000/- (FIFTEN LAKHS) The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad along with Mirchowk Police apprehended accused who found transporting and selling of contraband Ganja illegally in Hyderabad. Total Seized: 24 Kgs Ganja, Hyundai Xcent Car and 01 – Cell Phone at the accused persons. DETAILS OF THE ACCUSED:- 1) Lavoori Naga Raju S/o Lavoori Panthulya, age.28 Occ: Car Driver, R/o Chella Tanda, Kandrapale (V) Damaracherla (M) Nalgonda Dist,. Telangana State 2) L. Santosh (Absconding) 3) A.Naga Raju (Absconding) SEIZED :- 1. 24 Kgs Ganja. 2. 01 Cell Phones. 3. Hyundai Xcent Car BRIEF FACTS:- The accused persons are the accused Lavoori Naga Raju is working as car driver at Hyderabad. His earnings are not sufficient to lead his lavish life. Later, he heard the demand of Ganja in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas. Upon which, he hatched a plan to sell the contraband Ganja to the needy customers in Hyderabad. and meeting with his friend by name 1) L. Santosh R/o Suryapet and 2) A.Naga Raju R/o Suryapet purchasing the Ganja in low rates and transporting to Hyderabad in order to sell the same to the needy customers on huge benefits by accompanying and earn easy money illegally 1) L. Santosh R/o Suryapet and 2) A.Naga Raju R/o Suryapet their found absconding. On credible information, the Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team along with Mirchowk Police, Hyderabad apprehended the above said accused and seized (24) KGs of Ganja, (01) Cell Phones and (01) Hyundai Xcent Car at the accused person at Mirchowk PS. The apprehended accused and seized Ganja handed over to SHO, Mirchowk PS for further investigation. APPEAL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC:- In recent times we have seen several youth/students are addicted to Ganja/Drugs, engaged in crime and other anti-social activities. Several families have become victims of this menace. It is an ardent request from Hyderabad City Police to the youth/students not to fall prey to drugs and request the parents to keep a watch on the activities of their children and feel free to approach police or pass information to Police to curtail such anti-social activities and strive for Drug free city.
