Ingredients:
Fresh cream (balai) 1 kg
Yogurt 1 tbls
Chilled water or ice cube as required
Method:
Take a pan add milk bring it to boil,
Let's Cool them,
You will see thick layer of cream on tha top of the milk,
Remove all cream (balai) everyday and store it,
Take a pan add all fresh cream and defrost it,
Add yogurt mix well cover it rest for
Overnight,
Cream will began smoothen and you will get smooth whipping cream,
Gradually Beat it with the help of spoon/hand better for 10_15 minutes,
Add chilled water or ice cube, mix well,
Thick butter layer of getting separted,
Squeeze all butter milk and make a ball,
Ready Now homemade butter,
Method of Desi ghee:
In a pan add homemade butter melt it cook on medium low flame,
Stirring in between,
Now add wheat flour mix well,
Cook it for 4_5 minutes,
Until lite yellow and transparent color,
Strain it with the help of strainer,
Desi ghee ready now
