Ps I eat sweet potato shepherd's pie every day now and I'm loosing about 2 lbs a week and drinking milk and water and apple juice and snacking on dults and fruit or 5 tbsp plain Greek yougert with hunny and some times chicken and broclii on secure sticks plus special k only one bowl a day or snack 1 coconut yop salmon and spinage with mini tomatoes and lots of unsweetened almond coconut cashu is the best and I have coconut milk and plain white cow milk 2 percent I also have frozen fruit flavored Greek yougert bars as a snack or a peice of cranberry bread with a slice of ham or turkey with hunny No fake shuggar added no fake salt added if u need shuggar hunny maple syrup or vinella and for salty pink Himalayan salt or sea salt or crush dalts or spices with PICKELS on the side All natrail and you get all vitimins from it !!
