In chaotic scenes caught on a lawmaker's camera, a debate among Georgia lawmakers over a controversial law that requires any organization that receives more than 20% of its funding from abroad to register as a "foreign agent" has degenerated into a physical fight between lawmakers. More than 60 civil society organizations and media outlets said they would not abide by the law if it was passed.
