Spiral Milk Crepe

Ingredients:
For the Matcha Crepe Batter:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 tablespoon matcha powder
3/4 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/4 cups milk
For the To Assemble:
6 strawberries, sliced
Whipped cream
Instructions:
For the Matcha Crepe Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together crepe batter ingredients.
Add a ladleful of batter into a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat until you've cooked six crepes.
For the To Assemble:
Stack crepes on top of each other and slice into four equal pieces.
Layer two crepe slices on top of each other and pipe whipped cream down the middle.
Add some sliced strawberries, then roll up. Cut into slices, and enjoy!
