In pakistan ,in district d g khan ,near taunsa sharif ,plat is very low price. Marlah price 60000 if u buy on qist or instalments For exemple you buy one marlah then the qist is 1000 rupay every month. If u buy 5 marlah then the qist is 5 thousands rupes So qist depend on yours buying marlahs
