Putin's New Challenge Inside Russia Shadowy Partisan Group Claims Spy Building Fire
An anti-Putin partisan group called “Black Bridge” has claimed responsibility for the explosion in a Russian security service building. On March 21, the group said it was "a co-author" of the incident by contributing to its preparations and implementation. “Black Bridge” has condemned the FSB, Russia’s internal security service, as "a stronghold of hypocrisy, violence and injustice". A deadly explosion was reported at an FSB Border Service Department building in Russia on March 16. At least four people were killed in the blast that caused a fire at the spy agency building in the southern city of Rostov-on-Don. What is the "Black Bridge"?
