Ingredients:
1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into small bite-sized pieces
1 cup chickpea flour (also known as gram flour or besan)
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
Oil for deep frying.
