Putin's Nukes near NATO Borders, Russia Captures Bakhmut City Hall, Ukraine Hand In Cafe Blast
Ukraine says Russian forces continued their assault in the eastern and southern regions of the country on April 2. Wagner group chief Yevgeny Prigozhin claims that his group has technically captured the city of Bakhmut. Ukrainian authorities said the situation in the embattled town of Avdiivka in the Donetsk region is intense. A blast in St. Petersburg that killed Russian military blogger Vladlen Tartarsky is now being probed by the Russian authorities. US-based think-tank Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that Russia is likely to reshuffle its senior military command. The ISW said the reshuffle is likely to happen after the Russian military conducted a failed winter offensive.
