İf Russia gets ballistic missiles from Iran, the West will give long-range missiles to Ukraine

The Russians know full well that the Ukranians have been given only a small portion of the weapons that could have been given to them. If ballistic missiles are used against Ukranian cities then there would be no reason not to give ATACAMS to Ukraine. They can hit both St Petersburg and Moscow and the Russians cannot defend against ATACAMS.
