As the war in Ukraine continues, Moscow-backed official says he visited Bakhmut, suggesting that Russia’s forces have made significant gains. Denis Pushilin claimed that Russian forces controlled more than 75% of Bakhmut. Ukrainian forces have reportedly shot down Russia’s Mi-24 combat helicopter in the Donetsk region.
