Ingredients:
Black lentil boiled 1 cup
Onion 2 medium size
Cumin seeds 1 tbls
Coriander seeds 1 tbls
Salt 1tsp
Red pepper 1 tbls
Chili flakes 1 tbls
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Green chili 3_4 piece
Green coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Tomatoes 3 medium size
Yogurt 1 cup
Potatoes Boiled 1 cup
Ingredients for rice:
Bay leaves 3_4 piece
Basmati rice socked 3 cup
Salt 3 tbls
Ingredients no 3:
Water 4_5 tbls
Food color 1 pinch
Baryani essence few drops
Method:
Take a pan add water bring it to boil add lentil boiled it until lentil are soft strain it with the help of strainer,
Take a pan add oil heat up,
Add onion cook on medium flame until golden brown color,
Now add all ingredients mix well,
Cover it cook on medium flame until oil separates,
Take a another pan add water bring it to boil add bay leaves and salt and socked rice,
Boiled it 3/4 done,
Strain it with the help of strainer,
Take a cup add water and food color and Baryani essence mix it well,
Take a pan layer boiled rice and masala and again rice layer spread food color cover it steam it 10_15 minutes,
Masoor baryani ready now,
