Seth Welch and his wife, Tatiana, both 27, stand accused of starving their infant daughter, Mary. She was found dead in their home near Grand Rapids on August 2. Seth’s jaw dropped when the judge read off the charges and Tatiana sobbed uncontrollably during the hearing.
