Ukraine has said that no weapon allowed by international law was off the table when it comes to attacking Crimea. A top Ukrainian defence official has hinted that that some recent explosions in Crimea might be the result of “testing new types of weapons”. The official didn’t elaborate on how Ukraine aims to use these weapons. However, reports suggest that Ukraine has three main options on how it can target Russian positions in Ukraine. Ukraine is upgrading its missile stockpile in order to reach Crimean targets from its mainland positions. Ukraine is also getting munition supplies from the US and allies to keep its fight alive.
