Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna, drained
2 ripe avocados, diced
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons of curry powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and curry powder.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
