Russia Calls Exodus Reports Exaggerated| "Massive Rocket Fire" On Mykolaiv, Shelling Kills Several
Ukraine’s military claims that it has killed over 400 Russian troops in the east and south over the last 24 hours. The Kremlin has dismissed reports of an exodus of Russian men of fighting age following Putin’s mobilisation order as “highly exaggerated”. Finnish Border Guard has reported that traffic arriving at its eastern border with Russia has intensified since September 21. UK’s Defence Ministry has expressed over Russia's ability to implement a partial mobilisation of 300,000 reservists for the Ukraine war. Hungary PM Viktor Orban wants the EU to lift the sanctions against Russia before the end of the year. Putin’s ally and mentor Alexander Dugin has said a "nuclear apocalypse" is likely if Russia faces the signs of losing the war. The US Strategic Command does not rule out a possibility of a direct nuclear clash with Russia or China.
