Raspberry & Mint Panna Cotta
This Raspberry Mint Panna Cotta is a dessert that's both refreshing and indulgent. Ingredients
500ml heavy cream
100g sugar
2 tsp gelatin powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g raspberries
50g sugar
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the cream mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into ramekins or serving glasses and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until set.
To make the raspberry coulis, blend the raspberries and sugar in a blender until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any seeds.
Once the Panna Cotta is set, pour the raspberry coulis on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
