Putin’s Martial Law Imposition In Annexed Ukrainian Regions
Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared martial law in four Ukrainian regions recently ‘annexed’ by Moscow. The Russian leader noted that Ukraine had already declared its own martial law in the occupied regions following Russia’s invasion. Putin added that extraordinary measures were necessary to counter Ukrainian aggression.
