Ukraine Says 4 Killed In Shelling, Another Su Fighter Goes Down
Russia's Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu held phone calls with counterparts from the UK, France and Turkey on October 23. Shoigu conveyed "concerns about possible provocations by Ukraine with the use of a ‘dirty bomb’”. State media RIA Novisti earlier cited “credible sources in various countries - including in Ukraine -” to report on the alleged provocation. RIA claimed that Eastern Mining and Processing Plant and the Kyiv Institute for Nuclear Research were in the final stage of making the "dirty bomb". President Zelensky’s office was also in touch with the UK for a “possible transfer of nuclear weapons components,” as per RIA Novisti Report.
