AMAZING FRUIT TART
Today, I will make a cake that will be not only delicious but also beautiful. Which would probably make me feel guilty about eating it ????
How to make it~~
● Standard cup size
237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1 tbsp
5 ml = 1 tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53 g
Heavy Cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate chopped, flour before sifting)
● Finished pie size ( Diameter 16cm * 5cm )
● Materials
● Easy, delicious and crunchy pie dough
250g all-purpose flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
150g unsalted butter (1/2 cup + 3 tbsp)
60 gr cold water (4 tbsp)
2 g (1/2 tsp) salt
6 gr sugar (1 tsp+1/2 tsp)
1 egg yolk
● Wash eggs
Egg yolks: Water = 1:2
● The world's softest and most delicate cheesecake
140g cream cheese (2/3 cup)
20 gr sugar (1 tbsp + 2 tsp)
3ml lemon juice
120g heavy cream (70% whipped)
50g Fruit Jam (Lemon, Mango, Strawberry, Blueberry,,,,)
