Daniel Penny Charged in Jordan Neely's Chokehold Death

Daniel Penny, 24, has been charged with manslaughter in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely. Penny, who is white, restrained Neely, a Black Michael Jackson impersonator, with the help of two other New York City Subway passengers, using a chokehold that proved fatal. Neely's family's attorney says Penny should have been charged with murder. Penny's bail was set at $100,000. He was released minutes later.
