Yoga with Mila

The purpose of this video is to demonstrate my stretching skills. Yoga is an art and this is how I express my art. I love to start my day with yoga and stretching. Flexibility is an important part of my wellbeing ritual. Note to Youtube moderators, I am wearing typical yoga clothes that provide comfort during stretching, as well and underwear under my shorts.
