Welcome to Humzam Kitchen,In this video, I will show you how to make a mouth-watering Aloo Keema recipe that will leave your taste buds wanting more! Aloo Keema is a popular Pakistani and Indian dish that consists of ground meat cooked with potatoes in a flavorful blend of spices. Ingredients: 250g minced beef or Mutton 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced 2 Medium onion, finely chopped 1 big size tomato blended 1 tsp ginger garlic past 3 cloves 4 black pepper 1 big cardamom 1-inch piece of ginger, grated 2 green chilies, chopped 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 small cup cooking oil 2 tbs yogurt Salt to taste Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing Instructions: 1-Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add cumin and coriander seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until fragrant. 2-Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the pan and sauté until the onions turn golden brown. 3-Add the minced meat to the pan and mix well. Cook the meat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it turns brown. 4-Add the diced potatoes to the pan and mix well with the meat. Cook for another 5 minutes. 5-Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked and the meat is tender. 6-Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve with naan bread or rice.
