Dubai floods: Arriving Flights are Diverted from the Airport, and Roads Become Rivers by 0ch1m1982

Parts of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) were still affected by unstable weather and heavy rain on Tuesday, which caused several streets to flood and caused traffic jams in Dubai. Dubai police warned locals of the bad weather early on Monday with a public safety notice. According to the UAE's National Centre of Meteorology, another wave of erratic weather is predicted to start in the country's west and move throughout on Tuesday afternoon and early Wednesday morning. Arriving aircraft were being temporarily diverted from Dubai International Airport (DXB) on Tuesday evening until the weather cleared up, however departures will still be allowed. Some locals were even observed navigating the flooded streets with rubber boats.
