Garrett Hedlund revenge thriller Barron’s Cove climbs Paramount+ top 10

Collider reports that Barron’s Cove, an intense revenge thriller starring Garrett Hedlund with Brittany Snow and Stephen Lang, has begun streaming on Paramount+ in America and entered the service’s top 10, sitting at #4 at the time of writing.

The film follows a father determined to exact revenge against the one who kidnapped his child. Barron’s Cove was met with a relatively lukewarm reception upon its premiere, and its distribution was unclear ahead of release; it grossed less than $100,000. It earned scores of 62% from critics and 74% from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, performed well on VOD, and has become an under-the-radar streaming hit on Paramount+. The movie was written and directed by Evan Ari Kelman, marking his feature directorial debut after a series of shorts.

The title continues to rise on Paramount+ and may take the top spot. Paramount+ has not announced when the next season of Tulsa King will be released, but all signs point to it coming out before the end of the year; Tulsa King was renewed for a fourth season mere days before the Season 3 premiere in September 2025 and has released three full seasons in four years, starring Garrett Hedlund alongside Frank Grillo and Sylvester Stallone.
