Gillihan railed against "harsh unkind people" in her Instagram Stories and posted, 'Don't regret being a good person to [them].' She urged followers to 'stay kind, even when it’s hard' and added, 'Be kind because God will take care of it.' Gillihan re-posted a pointed Instagram upload implying Reid is a 'harsh unkind' person and shared a smiling selfie of her and the Olympian on a drive with their combined six children.
She wrote, 'Finally got a car that fits the whole crew!' called the family a '#moderndaybradybunch,' and joked, 'We are taking applications for an Alice.' Gillihan and Ryan Lochte went public with their romance in July 2025, about a month after Reid filed for divorce last summer.
