NABBED (2) ACCUSED PERSONS - FOR PROCURED & SALE OF UNAUTHORIZED SPURIOUS MEDICINES WORTH OF RS.29,72,850/- On 22-07-2023 on credible information the Commissioner’s Task Force, South West Zone Team along with Drugs Inspector, Malakpet Zone, Hyderabad and PS Malakpet team apprehended(02) accused persons found A-1) Pocala Ramesh @ Ramu, A-2) Beerely Raghava Reddy who were indulged and illegally selling purported to be spurious medicine without any valid licence and permission Near Kamala Hospital, Dilsukh Nagar, Hyderabad. Seized huge quantity of Unauthorized Spurious Medicines from the possession of accused persons. Particulars of Accused:- A-1) Pocala Ramesh (Seller) S/o Late P.Pochaiah, Age: 43 Years, Occ: Driver, R/o H. o: 8-8-36, Plot No: 167/A, Road No-4, Green Park Colony, Karmanghart, Ranga Reddy. A-2) Beerely Raghava Reddy, S/o Pichi Reddy, Age. 55 yrs, Occ. Real Estate, R/o H.No.1-6-0011, Sai Nagar Colony, Peddaamberpet, RR Dist, N/o Suraram Village, Nalgonda Mandal & Dist A-3) Purnachander ( Absconding ) A-4) Laxman, ( Absconding ) A-5) Nadeem R/o UP State ( Absconding ) A-6) Arun Choudary R/o Delhi State, ( Absconding ) Modus operandi:- On enquiry it came to know that, the earlier the A-1) Pocala Ramesh, A-2) Beerely Raghava Reddy used to do the Real e state business due to huge loss. Accused person’s acquaintance with Purna chander (brother in Law of A1) who previously involved in illegal selling the Alprazolam Tablets without license, without any valid documents/bill. Accused A-1) Pocala Ramesh, A-2) Beerely Raghava Reddy, A-3) Purnachander ( Absconding ) and A-4) Laxman, ( Absconding ) hatched a plan to do the illegally business of medicine. Further, Accused persons came into contact with Nedeem , R/o UP State & Arun Choudary R/o Delhi State. Who are transporting the spurious medicine in various state via courier without valid bill & documents by hiding in garments parcels. On 20-07-2023, A-1) Pocala Ramesh , A-2) Beerely Raghava Reddy were apprehended near Kamala Hospital, Dilsukh Nagar, Hyderabad along with spurious medicine to sell the needy customer meanwhile apprehended.
