- 8-10 oz chicken, pre-cooked and chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- cilantro, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- salt
- red pepper chili flakes
- olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- mash well
serve on top of greens, quinoa or slice of toasted bread
