Although we don't get to see who this Jimmy is in person during the trailers we get to see graffiti on the side of a house that reads Behold he is coming with the cloud with the name Jimmy scrawled next to it We also see this name engraved across the chest of an infected that has been dangled upside down Considering all factors including the fact that it has been 28 years since the outbreak of the rage virus Jimmy could have become a messianic figure during this time It very much sounds like he is the leader of some sort of cult that worships him
