Boramy: World Record Giant Freshwater Stingray Caught & Released in Mekong River, Cambodia

🏆 WORLD RECORD! Giant Freshwater Stingray Discovered in the Mekong River, Cambodia. Fishermen in Stung Treng Province caught a massive female specimen weighing about 300 kg and measuring 3.98 metres long. Its size has been officially recognised by Guinness World Records as the largest freshwater fish ever documented — genus Urogymnus. After being measured and fitted with an acoustic tracking device, it was safely released back into the river.
