Marble Cake Recipe:- Ingredients: Milk ---- 1/2 Cup Vinegar ---- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour ---- 2&1/2 Cups (Sifted) Salt ---- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder ---- 2 Tsp Butter ---- 150 gms (At Room Temperature) Caster Sugar ---- 1 Cup Eggs ---- 4 Vanilla Essense ---- 2 Tsp Cocoa PowMarble Cake Recipe:- Ingredients: Milk ---- 1/2 Cup Vinegar ---- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour ---- 2&1/2 Cups (Sifted) Salt ---- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder ---- 2 Tsp Butter ---- 150 gms (At Room Temperature) Caster Sugar ---- 1 Cup Eggs ---- 4 Vanilla Essense ---- 2 Tsp Cocoa Powder ---- 4 Tbsp Milk ---- 3 Tbsp Oil ---- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder ---- 1/4 Tsp Chocolate Syrup ---- As Required Method: In a cup take milk , add vingar into it, whisk well and rest for 10 mins until butter milk (vinegar milk) forms. Place it aside for later use. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder and sift them together. Place these dry ingredients aside for later use. In a bowl add butter and beat it well until becomes fluffy. Add caster sugar and again beat it well. Add eggs and beat again. Add vanilla essence and dry ingredients and beat until well combined. Divide this batter into two equal halves , in one of them add cocoa powder, baking powder, milk and beat it until well combined. Grease an eight inch pan with oil or butter, place butter paper also grease butter paper. Than pour one spoon of each batter and continue doing it until batter finishes. Tab the pan to even the batter. Add chocolate syrup on cake and mix with fock or skewer. Preheat cooker for 15 mins or oven at 170 °C for 10mins. Place it in cooker for baking for 50 to 55 mins (5 mins on high flame and 45 to 50 mins on low flame). For oven baking place it for 40 to 45 mins at 170°C at lower grill. der ---- 4 Tbsp After this check with a fock or tooth pick wheather cake is properly baked or not.
