Turkey-Syria earthquake now deadliest event in Turkish history as death toll tops 40,000

The death toll from the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey has topped 40,000 more than a week after the disaster sent building crashing down around the two counties. NBC News' Kelly Cobiella reports on the challenge of transporting aid and how some survived after days of being trapped under debris.
