A1 addicted to bad habits and used to commit the offences for his luxuries expanses. A1 to A4 all are childhood friends. Previously A1 along with others committed offence in the limits of Banjara Hills of Hyd. A1 committed the above offence along with A2 to A4 as he was addicted to bad habits and A2 lend his borrowed amounts which was taken from known persons, A1 committed offences, for luxuries expenses, A1 to A4 hatched a plan and decided that A1 to A4 will commit offences and A3 & A4 will hide these vehicles at their residences in hyderabdad with the intention to sell this stolen vehicles in Andhra Pradesh State for their luxuries life. On 21-05-2023 at 1415 hours received a complaint from Sri Kontham Hari Krishna, S/o: Kontham Narsimulu, age 25 Years, Occ: Pvt Emp, R/o Plot No: 60, Balaji Colony, kakaguda, Karkhana, wherein he stated that on 14-05-2023 at 1500 hrs he parked his two-wheeler DIO No. TS10EP3602, Eng. No: JF39ET2037052, Chasis No: ME4JF39DAJT025494, color: blue, worth: Rs 60,000/- at opposite Cream Stone Ice- cream shop, Karkhana and went to his Native village Gajwel for some urgent domestic work. On 15-05-2023 he came back from home and returned to parking place and noticed that his vehicle was not there in the parking place. A1 and A2 committed the theft of complainant vehicle Previously also the accused A1) P. Pavan also committed the following offence i.e. Sl. No. Crime No. and Section of law Police Station 1. 1104/2022 U/sec 457, 380 IPC Banjara Hills (In the above case A1 P. Pavan (A3 in Banjara hills case) along with A1: Chapala Anjappa @ Anji @ Anji Model @ Macha @ Mathew and A2 Mailaram Pavan Kumar committed the above HB offence in which they have stolen various types of Diamonds, Gold and silver of approx. worth 15,00,000/- (15 lakhs) and entire property was recovered intact by Banjara Hills police) The accused A1 to A4 were arrested on 25-05-2023 and seized (2) two wheelers from A2 possession, (9) two wheeler from A3 possession (out of which 7 given by A1) and (3) two wheelers from A4 possession. The accused A1 to A4 are being produced before the Hon’ble Court for judicial remand. The above good work was done under the supervision of Sri K. Pruthvidhar Rao, Asst.
