CENTRAL ZONE TASK FORCE ALONG WITH SHAHINAYATHGUNJ POLICE APPREHENDED ONE PERSON FOR ADULTERATING MUSTARD SEEDS- SEIZED ADULTERATED MUSTARD SEEDS On 01-06-2023 the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, Central Zone, Hyderabad City along with staff of Shahinayathgunj Police Station on a credible information conducted raid on a shop styled as Jyothi Enterprises, at Fish Market, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad and found Adulterated Mustard Seeds at the instance of accused person. Details of the Accused Person: - 1.Bhagwan Lal Panday R/o: 15-6-174, Kolsawadi, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad . Details of the Cases: - On enquiry the accused Bhagwan Lal Panday who is indulging in adulteration of Mustard Seeds and revealed that he is having a Godown at H.No.13-4-239/9, Jiyaguda, Hyderabad, where he took up the process of adultration to the procured Raw Mustard Seeds by mixing Black Dye Colour (Bhavani Chemicals MOR Brand Non Edible) and selling these adulterated Mustard Seeds to the whole sale & retail Kirana Shops at Begum Bazar Market on different trade labels. Thus said Bhagavanlal pandy gaining more money by selling inedible mustered seeds by mixing chemicals and supplied to the some of the retail and whole sale dealers namely 01) Jagadeesh Bhati, 02) Kanhiyalal Bhati, 03) Roopchand Bhati and 04) Roopesh Thak. These type of adulterated Mustard Seeds causes severe damage to public health. Seized The following Items: 1.30 Bags of Adulterated Mustard Seeds each weighing about 50 Kg 2.300 Gunny Bags of Mustard Seeds ready to be adulterated Weighing About 30 Kg each. 3.03 Black Dye Colour Packets Weighing About 500 Grams Each (Bhavani Chemicals MOR Brand Non Edible) 4.01 Digital Weighing Machine 5.01 Sewing Machine 6.01 Coating Tan Machine (Handi) 7.01 Cleaning Machine (Channi) The above apprehended accused persons along with the seized material handed over to the SHO, Shahinayathgunj PS for further action.
