First day back at the gym in over 3 weeks and I missed it so much. So good to be back and crush this amazing lower body workout. I did 8-12 reps x 4, except for the single leg exercises, which I did 3 sets. 1. Clamshell variation 2. Straddle squats (elevate feet with plates if smith machine set up doesn't allow to go this low) 3. Nordic hamstring curls 4. "Laces up" reverse lunges (or kneeling step up) 5. Squat to calf raise 6. RDLs 7. Hip thrusts
