SCSC launches 15th SHE Shuttle bus with the support from Arcesium
Today, Cyberabad Police commissioner Mr Stephen Raveendra, IPS has flagged off the 15th SHE Shuttle from the premises of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, along with Mr Krishna Yedula, Secretary General, SCSC, Ms Anneloes Hesen, COO of Arcesium, Mr Ranvijay Lamba, Managing Director & Country Head & Ms. Sujitha Ravoori, Director HR and other police officials.
This bus is supported by Arcesium from their CSR funds for a period of 3 years and Arcesium was represented by its leadership team, Mr Ranvijay Lamba, Managing Director & Country Head & Ms. Sujitha Ravoori, DIrector HR This bus runs from GNITS to Rayadurgam Metro station covering T-Hub, Knowledge City, Raheja Mind space, Divyasree and other important IT parks / companies enroute.
This bus would provide last mile connectivity to ladies coming from Shaikpet side and currently, ladies travelling to Raheja Mind enroute covering many IT & ITes companies & IT Parks need to change 2 buses or use other public transport like share autos / autos.
Mr Krishna Yedula, Secretary General SCSC said "What we have started in 2015 with 2 SHE Shuttles with the support of TSIIC / Telangana Government, today are able to scale up this initiative, with today's launch to 15 SHE Shuttles. We are happy that Arcesium has come forward to support this unique initiative, meant for safe travel to women, by providing last mile connectivity and SCSC's SHE Shuttle continues to be an unique initiative, anywhere in the country".
Speaking at the launch, Mr Ranvijay Lamba , MD Of Arcesium said " We are happy that we are supporting the SHE Shuttle initiative of SCSC, which is a free for women Shuttle service and I am sure it would benefit many women travelling towards Rayadurgam Metro station and surrounding organizations. This is one of many initiatives of Arcesium for the women, on International Women's day".
This is the 15th She Shuttle launched by SCSC for the benefit of women employees.
