WEST ZONE TASK FORCE RAIDED ONE PARLOUR TWO HELD SEIZED HUGE STOCKPILE OF HUKKAH POTS, DIFFERENT TYPES OF HUKKAH FLAVORS, COALS, FILTERS, PIPES, HEATERS On 02-05-2023 the Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team along with staff, on credible information raided Parlor Styled as “The Pan house N More” at Mirza Garden function at R/o. 9-8-190, Bada Bazar , Golconda, Hyderabad. And apprehended (02) persons who were illegally running Hookah Parlor at above said premises without valid license and severing to needy customer. Particulars of the Accused Persons: 1)Mirza Ibrahim Ahmed S/o Mirza Jaleel Ahmed, Age: 23 yrs, occ: Organizer cum owner of Hookha Centre , R/o. 9-8-220, 7 Galli, Bada Bazar, Golconda, Hyderabad. 2) Mohd Wajeed, S/o Mohd Waheed, Age: 22 yrs, Occ: Maintaining the Hookha Centre & Service boy, R/o. Near Bapughat, Govt School, Langerhouse, Hyderabad. 3) Mirza Furqan Baig ( Absconding). Seized Material: 1) Hookha Pots-07, 2) Chilam Hookha-10, 3) Hookha Pipes-19, 4) Hookha heater-2, 5) Magic coal’s -24 pieces, 6) Brick coal 30 Pc’s Box-60 Boxes, 7) Silver foil Al Akbar-40 pieces, 8) Al Burj flavor-167 ( each 50 gms), 9) Al Burj flavor-50 (10 grms), 10) Magic Coal Al Haya-8 Boxes, 11) Mixed flavor 50 gms-235 boxes, 12) Night Queen, -5 Boxes( each 10 Pieces), 13) Double apple flavor (afzal)- 2 Boxes ( each 10 Pieces), 14) Afzal ( Pan Raas) Flovou-2 boxes ( each 10 Pieces), 15) Imperial smoking ( pan mischief) flavor -2 boxes, 16) Al Fakar ( min flavor)-1 box ( each 6 Pieces), 17) Al fakar (gum with mint) flavor-2 boxes, 18) Al fakar ( Blue beny with mint) flavor -1 box, 19) kiwi blast flavor , Roya smooth-05 pieces, 20) filter’s-40 pieces, 21) small Tong-40 pieces, 22) Big tong-03 pieces. (Total Worth about Rs. 60,000/-) Details of the case: On enquiry, Mirza Ibrahim Ahmed revealed that, Mirza Ibrahim Ahmed & Mirza Furqan Baig both are friend and decided to earn easy money by providing Hookah to know customers and engage Mohd Wajeed for mixing Hookah for providing the same to customer at “The Pan house N More” at Mirza Garden function at R/o. 9-8-190, Bada Bazar , Golconda, Hyderabad. It is also found that Mirza Ibrahim Ahmed dumped huge quantity of magic char coal and other Hookah items which are highly flammable in nature and could result in fire accidents, as there are no safety precautions taken. Hence, Mirza Ibrahim Ahmed and Mohd Wajeed are violating the guidelines under COTP Act & Hyderabad City Police Act. Hence above said accused persons and seized material handing over to SHO Golconda PS for further action. The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri. P. Radha Kishan Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri Md Khaleel Pasha, Inspector of Police, West Zone and SI Sri.
